Hands-On ABA Training with Dr. Deena Moustafa

Event Overview

On April 18, 2025, Classisa brought professionals in the ABA field together for an intensive, practical training experience led by Dr. Deena Moustafa.

Designed around the realities of day-to-day clinical work, the training focused on practical strategies that participants could apply directly in their sessions—from establishing rapport and implementing programs to data collection, behavioral observation, problem-solving, and professional communication.

What Participants Learned

The training provided hands-on guidance on:

• Starting sessions effectively and establishing rapport with children.
• Generalizing acquired skills across different environments and situations.
• Implementing and adapting programs according to individual needs.
• Conducting preference assessments and observing behavior.
• Collecting accurate session data in real time.
• Managing unexpected situations without losing focus on treatment goals.
• Strengthening communication with parents and supervisors.

The practical and straightforward approach was designed to help professionals work with greater confidence and consistency in every session.
